Air Fryer Turkey Meatballs

Air Fryer Turkey Meatballs are healthy, flavorful and easy to make. I paired these meatballs with a homemade Maple Mustard Sauce!

What you need

egg nog

tbsp flat-leaf parsley

cup blue cheese crumbles

cup panko breadcrumbs

tsp garlic powder

tsp salt

tsp pepper

olive oil cooking spray

tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

tbsp mustard

tbsp maple syrup

tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
0 First, preheat your air fryer. If your air fryer has a preheating option you can preheat your air fryer. If you don’t have that option, you can run the machine at 380 degrees F for 2-5 minutes. Leave the machine running for about 3 minutes for smaller air fryers. Leave the machine running for about 5 minutes for larger air fryers. 1 Combine all of the ingredients for the meatballs in a bowl. Do not overmix the ground turkey mixture or the meatballs will be tough. 2 Roll the ground turkey mixture into balls using a 1 tbsp small cookie scoop. Be gentle when rolling the meatballs. Don't overwork them or the meatballs will not be tender. 3 Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray. Place the meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer. If you have a small air fryer, cook this recipe in two batches. Cook the meatballs at 380 degrees F for 8-10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F; shaking halfway through. 4 Make the Maple Mustard Sauce while the meatballs are cooking.
